While flipping through this Saturday's real estate section of The Toronto Star (bit of a mls junkie) I came across this little gem. It's a commercial/residential property at Bloor and Dundas.If I only had $749,000! I'd have a store to sell my work in and a lovely 2 bedroom apartment (upstairs) to live in...hmmm...the neighbouring homes look a little sketchy but I think I (we) could make it work...
Santa? I won't ask for anything else. I swear.

Just a little sketchy and you'd LOVE the neighbourhood; High Park one way, Roncesvalles Village the other and The Junction right around the corner with its quirky, awesome decor stores and decent coffee and breakfast places. Can you talk Marathon Man into it?
I've been trying but he says that he doesn't have $749,000 either...think, think, think...
