Inspired by Winter

Over the holidays I tackled our first makeover of 2013, the guest bedroom. The red walls were looking tired - their time was up. It's now all about white. It was a big job that took 4 gallons of Benjamin Moore's Cloud White (a big room + en suite) and I'm glad it's done.
Today (or tomorrow) it's onto our next makeover, the girl's bathroom. After much thought we decided on a colour scheme of yellow, grey and white. The exciting news is that I have a new mitre saw that's waiting to be used...wainscoting?:)

Love it! I'm generally anti-white but this works for me.

It looks very inviting. Change of colour gives you a 'new' room and in this case very fresh and airy looking - nice warm white.

Wow very nice. My sister is the only one who generally uses our spare bedroom.

She has 2 rat terriers......this color would not work for us. But, it sure looks nice and you did a fantastic job.

Oh, the white is beautiful! I love it! I have mostly white in my room too. I am going to be doing some redecorating, but I wanted to wait till I had the deep cleaning
service come. It makes all the shifting and decorating easier to start when it's all clean!

I loved the 'before' however you got it,bringing the peaceful winter shot inside. It looks great! You have recreated that beautiful winter day feeling in your room...peaceful and elegant.
