Today's the day that I set up my booth at the Interior Design Show. Transforming a 5'x10' space is very exciting but rather stressful in the crazy, chaotic, under construction state that the Toronto Convention Centre will be in. There's so much to remember, the drill, the bits, the ruler, extension cord, lights, hard hat, dolly...and lots to worry about (if you're the anxious type)...will the booth need a coat of paint? will the electrical be in the right place? will the walls hold my heavy work? With all this going on I'll admit that I get a little bitchy and kind of bossy which, unfortunately, can be directed at the loved ones helping me out. Sorry loved ones.
The photo above is from Monday's desiretospire post 'pet's on furniture'. I smiled when I saw it this morning. Today I'd really like to be doing what Otis is doing while my booth magically puts it's self together...I know, I know it doesn't work that way! Carry on soldier...
