Здравствуйте и добро пожаловать

On August 18th I wrote a post called 'Just curious...'. In short, I wanted to know more about my 'traffic' - who was visiting my website and my blog. I added a widget from Feedjit (a live traffic feed) that allowed me to see where, in the world, my 'visitors' were coming from. Since then the little red dots on the Feedjit world map have (slowly) been multiplying.
At the end of that post I wrote, "and wouldn't it be exciting if one of those little red dots suddenly showed up in, let's say, Russia?" Well yesterday a little red dot showed up on Moscow!
Note to person in Moscow: Thanks for visiting. You made my day.
Здравствуйте и добро пожаловать. That's Hello and Welcome in Russian.
I googled it:)

Now that's exciting! And doesn't the Russian language have an attractive alphabet.
Our world just got smaller.

you know what else is exciting, Burlington Ontario. WHat a magical place. (Soon to be Costa Rica, perhaps a little more magical). I think I will start to post in Spanish??
Send love to E and H.

Very cool ! The most unusual location I've had so far is Nepal, although I use Lijit as a feed and it only saves the 250 most recent visits. Alas, that one's no longer on the map.
