Sometimes I come across a mosaic that reminds me just how beautiful they can be. This mosaic, Elephant Eye, 15.75"x22" (marble, smalti) was done by Sandra Groeneveld of kalimera design company. Mosaic Magic

It's one of those pieces that you want to keep looking at
and from different angles - it has a visceral effect. Your gold and silver bling mirrors have that effect on me. Fortunately I own one of them so I can look whenever and as long as i like.
