Last Tuesday I posted about a Guinness chocolate cheesecake. I made it for our Father's Day dinner. I summered things up with some big fat strawberries drizzled with Lindt chocolate. It was heavenly. The perfect Father's Day dessert. And the perfect ending to a very busy weekend.

Had a piece of "heaven" and it was delicious (seemed lighter than a cheese cake) - the strawberries just 'topped' it off. M
